On the contrary, wool naturally absorbs up to 30% of its weight in moisture before it feels wet, so they are antiperspirant. Perfect for children or for those those whose feet sweat a lot

SHIPPING AND TAXES

We manage shipping twice a week (on Mondays and Thursdays) Once we ship your order, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (if available) so you can track your order. Timing depends on the option you choose at checkout. We work with USPS and Correos de Chile.

 

URBAN AUSTRAL is not responsible for any action taken by customs as we have no control over this. The client is responsible for customs charges that may apply to the shipment. Customs determines these costs and URBAN AUSTRAL has no manner of anticipating what these may be. URBAN AUSTRAL is not responsible for delays due to customs. ONLY Chilean taxes are included.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

All our products are returnable are exchangeable within 10 days after receiving your product. All items must be new and with no sign of use in its original packaging. Items shipped back that are not in their original packaging or don’t have original hangtags will not be eligible for refund or exchange.The buyer handles shipping costs when returning a product. When we approve and issue a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

 

WRONG SIZE?

For a quick size exchange, please place a new order for the right size and email us both order confirmations. We’ll issue a full refund (product + shipping) when receiving the original order.
